A state bill proposes a ban on smoking tobacco inside condos, duplexes and apartment units occupied by either renters or owners. If passed, California would be the first state that would regulate smoking inside people’s homes. The measure, AB 746, was introduced by Assemblyman Marc Levine, D-San Rafael.
